Intuitive operation

  • Open the holding tongs
  • Place the asparagus horizontally between the holding jaws to insert
  • Push the handle down and close the jaws
  • Push the peeling carriage forward
  • Close knife with appropriate contact pressure
  • Pull off the bowl
  • Repeat the process depending on the spear thickness, twisting the asparagus using the notches
  • Two peeling processes are usually sufficient for asparagus thicknesses below 22 mm
  • Move to the middle position, open the holding jaws and remove the asparagus
